William fæddist í New York í Bandaríkjum árið 1969 en bjó í Puerto Rico í tuttugu ár. Hann er að mestu sjálflærður. Hann hefur ekki numið myndlist fyrir utan að taka nokkur námskeið í Puerto Rico, en hefur lært mest af því að horfa á listamenn vinna og skoða verk annara listamanna.

William was born in New York in the United States in 1969 and lived in Puerto Rico for twenty years. He is mostly self taught. He has studied various courses of art in Puerto Rico, but has learned most by watching the artists work and view the works of other artists.

William nació en Nueva York en los Estados Unidos en 1969 y vivió en Puerto Rico por veinte años. Él es sobre todo autodidacta. Ha estudiado varios cursos en Puerto Rico, pero la mayoría ha aprendido observando a los artistas trabajar y ver las obras de otros artistas.
