More from our recent trip to Iraq: the AFCENT Band shares music, connection, and a sense of home during the holidays. From uplifting performances and meaningful moments with service members to serving dinner to the troops on Christmas Day, we were honored to use music to bring comfort, morale, and holiday spirit far from home. 🎄🎶

Proud to represent the United States Air Force and connect through music wherever the mission takes us.

Christmas in Iraq?

The AFCENT Band spent the last week in December engaging with members of Erbil Air Base, bringing a taste of home and holiday spirit to troops who are spending the holidays away from their families.

MSgt Kayla Richardson explains how the band provides a unique form of combat support by using music to inspire patriotism, strengthen connections, and boost morale for deployed personnel.
