Hi friends,
Recently I started a YouTube channel called Tymes linguistics. You can watch and learn. So far I made some trial videos.
My thinking is to provide
1. Basic vocab ( not all vocab whatever is useful)
2.Basic daily usage phrases.
3. Structured grammar helps to construct sentences on your own.
4. Some other stuff like cultural, practice videos.

1) Ee roju / chaala / veydi ga / undhi.
Today / so / hot / is.

2) Ee roju / chaala / yenda ga / undhi.
Today / so / sunny / is.

If you want to say that
" I will -----------( email/ call / whatsapp/message / skype/ facebook post ")

Use below Telugu syntax :

Future :

------------------ Cheystha nu.
Examples:
Call Cheystha nu .( I will call ).
Skype Cheystha nu.( I will Skype).
Message Cheystha nu .( I will message ).

Past :

------------------ Cheysaa nu.
Examples:
Call Cheysaa nu .( I did call / I called ).
Skype Cheysaa nu.( I did Skype).
Message Cheysaa nu .( I did a message / I sent ).

Slang : you can skip " nu " .

Call Cheystha nu .( I will call ).
Call Cheystha .( I will call ).

Call Cheysaa nu .( I did call / I called )
Call Cheysaa .( I did call / I called ).
Both sentences are correct.

Nuthana : new
Samvatsara : year
Shuba kaankshalu: greetings.

" Nuthana " is a old Telugu word .
Latest Telugu word is " Kotha ": new " .

You can also say
Kotha samvatsaram shuba kaankshalu.

" 2016 " lo ki swagatham.
2016. in to welcome .
Means welcome into 2016.

Greetings ( Shuba kaankshalu ) : If you want to tell greetings to the person's birthdays , marriage days , festivals etc...

Greetings ( Shuba kaankshalu ) :

If you want to tell greetings to the person's birthdays , marriage days , festivals etc.
You need to use following simple phrases.

1. Puttina / roju /subhakankshalu.
( Birth/ day / congratulations or greetings.)

2. Pelli / roju / subhakankshalu.
( Marriage / day / congratulations or greetings.)

3. _____ ( any festival ) Subhakanshalu .
This means
Happy ( celebration / festival name )
in English like
Happy birthday/Christmas

Example: Christmas Subhakankshalu.

Deepavali ( diwali / lights festival )
Sankranthi ( pongal )
Ramzan , bakreed etc.

TASTE : RUCHI

Notes : You need to add " ga " to the taste.
Syntax: ________ ( taste ) ga undhi.
It is __________ ( taste ) .

I already add " ga " at the end of the taste here .
1. Theepi ga ( sweet )
2. Kaaram ga ( spicy )
3. Chedhu ga ( bitter )
4. Uhppa ga ( salty )
5 . Pulupu ga ( sour )
6. Chappa ga ( corny / no taste )

Example:

Ramu : Hi , Ravi Ela unnav , Yenti Visheshaalu .
( Hi , how are you Ravi , what's going on)

Ravi : Em levu , Coffee thaaguthaava ?
( Nothing , will you drink coffee ? )

Ramu : thaaguthaa,
( I will )

Ravi : Edhigo , theesuko . Coffee ela undhi?
( here it is , take . How's coffee?)

Ramu : Chappaga undhi .
( it is corny / no taste. )

Ravi : Oh, Marchi poyaanu, panchadaara veya ledhu.
( Oh, I forgot to add( pour) sugar .)

Chaala kaalam ga Memmal ni chuda ledhu.
( I didn't see you from long time.)

Journey / Going to somewhere or Party :

1) Yekkadi ki Velthunnaru ?
( Where are you going ? )

__________(place) ki Velthunnanu.
( I am going to _______(place ) . )

Example : Bayata ki Velthunnanu.
( I am going to outside .)

2) Mee prayaanam baagaa jarigindhaa? /
Mee prayaanam Ela jarigindhi ?
( How was your trip ? )

Baagaa jarigindhi .
( It went well )

Notes : Jarigindhi ( happened ) .
Something happened means finished , occurred .

________ baagaa jarigindhaa ? / Ela jarigindhi?
(________ how was happened? ( how was ___?))

You can replace above ____ (blank) with below vocab.

Puttina roju ( birthday )
Pelli roju. ( wedding/ anniversary day )
Panduga ( festival )
Pelli ( marriage)
