IMPS & SMAARTR is inspired by Keya Hatkar, diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) at 10 months. Today, 15-year-old Keya is a Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar Awardee; best-selling author; artist, coder, podcaster, YouTuber, entrepreneur, and Co-Founder. She lives by one belief: “I M POSSIBLE!”
Her journey reminds us that limitations do not define potential and no one has the right to define your limits but you.

Living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy since the age of 10, Swarnava continues to pursue her dreams with remarkable courage. One day, she hopes to contribute to research for cures for rare diseases, including the very condition she lives with.

Beyond academics, she is also a talented artist, winning several district and state-level awards for both her creativity and academic excellence.

Young changemakers like Swarnava are lighting the path for the rare disease community in India, inspiring many with hope, resilience, and determination. 🌟

• Digital posters should be submitted in JPG or PDF format.

• The artwork must be original and created by the participant.
• Copying, tracing, or using copyrighted images is not allowed.

Despite living with this rare neuromuscular condition since childhood, Pranjali has transformed art into a powerful space of expression, hope, and resilience. Through both traditional and digital mediums, she continues to learn, teach, and inspire many through the IMPS platform.

She believes that when life feels difficult, a sprinkle of art can create hope. 🌈
