Triveni organized an intensive theatre workshop on the theme “Body, Voice and Mind” at Yogniketan, Fatehgunj. Held on Sunday, 14 June 2026, the three-hour session brought together around 25 dedicated artists of Triveni, creating a meaningful space for learning, reflection and artistic renewal.

The workshop was conducted under the energetic guidance of noted theatre director, writer and mentor Shri Prashant Tarun Jadav from Ahmedabad. Through practical exercises in body awareness, mirror work, voice modulation, breathing techniques, articulation and character visualization, the participants explored how an actor’s body, voice and mind must work in harmony to bring truth and depth to a performance.

For Triveni Theatre Group, which has been contributing to Vadodara’s cultural journey since 1960, this workshop was another step toward keeping the spirit of theatre alive through continuous learning. With the blessings of theatre guru Shri P. S. Chari and the efforts of the young director Nisarg Raval, the session added fresh energy, confidence and creative direction to the artists. It was not just a workshop, but a reminder that theatre is a lifelong practice, and every artist must always remain a student.

Triveni Vadodara, in association with Yog Niketan Vadodara and Kathakaar, organised a special Dastangoi performance “PAARSH PRADOSH” on 24th May 2026.

Written, directed, and performed by Shri Dhairya Pandya, and assisted by Parth Solanki, the performance brought alive the beauty of Dastangoi - an ancient Urdu storytelling tradition where dastan means story and goi means to tell.

Rooted in Persia and later popularised in the Indian subcontinent, Dastangoi is not merely narration; it is a powerful blend of research, memory, improvisation, performance, and deep audience connection. Through PAARSH PRADOSH, the performers explored the richness of this traditional form while making it meaningful for contemporary audiences.

The evening became a celebration of words, emotions, rhythm, expression, and the timeless power of storytelling. The performance was warmly received and applauded by an appreciative audience.

A heartfelt thank you to all who joined us in celebrating this living, breathing art form.

A truly magical and joy-filled afternoon unfolded at Pathshala as children experienced a heartwarming session with Lt. Cdr. Pravin Tulpule, lovingly known as Happy the Clown. With his unique blend of magic, mime, storytelling, humour, and childlike warmth, he created an atmosphere where every child felt involved, curious, and connected. The session was not just about tricks and laughter; it was about discovering the deeper magic of happiness, imagination, and emotional connection.

Happy the Clown beautifully reminded the children that real magic does not only happen through what we see with our eyes, but through what we feel in our hearts. His presence brought smiles, wonder, and pure innocence to the space, making the Pathshala show a memorable experience for children, parents, and everyone present.
