Every artwork begins long before the first stroke…
It starts with trust. A conversation. A promise.
This piece was not just a commission—it was a commitment.
Days turned into nights, and nights into silent conversations between me and the canvas.
Every detail you see here carries patience, discipline, and a part of my soul that words often fail to express.
But sometimes, art doesn’t reach where it was meant to go.
Deadlines can be missed. Situations can change.
And in that space between effort and expectation… things fall apart.
The client may move on, the purpose may fade
but the artist is left behind with something deeper than just an unfinished transaction.
We are left with attachment.
Because for an artist, this is never just ‘work.’
It is emotion layered in color,
devotion hidden in patterns,
and time breathing through every line.
It hurts… not because it was cancelled,
but because the journey behind it was never truly seen.
Still, I choose to share this.
Not as something lost… but as something lived.
Because art doesn’t lose its value when it loses its buyer.
It only becomes more honest.
And I will continue creating
for those who see,
for those who feel,
and for the part of me that refuses to stop.
