Brain booster+ Power packed protien bars
Dry roast 50gms pumpkin seeds 50gms 50gms chia seeds 50gms flaxseeds
Dry roast 100 gms walnuts and 100 gms pistachios 100gms almonds
Grind them to coarse along with 50gms dates. Melt 70% dark chocolate along with one tsp ghee (use double boiler method) mix chocolate with nuts & seeds
Spread in a tray. Let it settle then cut it in to bar shape

You regularly can’t have same dosa same chutney… tryin out this one came amazingly delicious.. in frame:: green moong dosa & peanut chutney .. quick make : soak 2 cups green moong+1 cup rice along with 2-3 fenugreek seeds overnight. Grind all to dosa batter consistency by adding little water, add salt & make crispy dosas. Peanut chutney:: dry roast 1 cup peanuts, in a pan tale 1 tsp oil add in 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1tsp urad dal, pinch of asafoetida, 2 Kashmiri chillies, few onuon shallots, 3-5 garlic flakes, bit of ginger, little tamarind, sauté for few seconds then add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.. grind this masala & peanuts along with some water & salt. Temper with mustard seeds
Serve hot with green moong dosa

Temper with 1 tsp ghee, some mustard seeds, cumin seeds, small handful of peanuts & asafoetida ( hing )
Serve hot and dig in 🌸
