A sprawling memorial park dedicated to the memory of Zubeen Garg will soon be constructed along the banks of the Gaurang river in Kokrajhar town. The ambitious project, undertaken by the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) government, will be built at an estimated cost of approximately Rs 25 crore.

The BTC government has allocated a massive 30 bighas of land for the construction of this memorial park. During her time at the site, Garima Saikia Garg expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Hagrama Mohilary for taking this significant initiative to honor his memory.
