The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made online at Raghu Residency or made through, phone, e-mail or in person. When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these terms and conditions) will be with Raghu Residency. All rates are subject to availability, all bookings are taken at the discretion of Raghu Residency.
• Check-Out time is 24 hrs from the Check-In time.
• Government issued ID card need to be shown and a copy of the same to be given at the time of Check-In.
• A reservation payment for accommodation should be completed no less than 3 days before arrival date and balance should be made before occupation itself.
• Maximum of Three persons can stay in a room.
• Cancellation charges:
3-7 days in advance - No cancellation charges.
24-72 hrs - 25% of total tariff will be charged. There will be no refund for the cancellation made within 12 hrs of booking time.
• Losing the key and key plate is subject to the penalty of Rs.1000/-
• Gambling, Smoking, Drinking and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside this premises.
• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Raghu Residency caused by you, your Co-Occupants, Friends or any person for whom you are responsible.
• Cleaning charges will be applicable for the abnormal cleaning requirements for cloths and room properties.
• Management is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
