Humour has always been a way to cope, but isn’t the human experience also empathy? Or has the endless pursuit of virality reduced us all to jesters in the court of the internet?

We have perfected the art of turning genocides and wars into 15-second videos straight from hell. The suffering of real lives, turned into fodder for an algorithm whose only goal is keeping your eyes glued to the screen. It’s strange, isn’t it? The humorization of horror.

Out of all the lenses to see the world through, we have chosen apathy. If all the world were a play, would we not be the bystanders, the watchers, the vegetables, unwilling to do anything but laugh as the stage we stand on falls apart?

Maybe it’s time to stand up for others, before someone makes a joke out of you.

COMMENT YOUR PREDICTIONS‼️

The World Cup, after giving us weeks of memes, broken sleep schedules, and cortisol spiking moments is going to come to a grand close with the long awaited Finals between Argentina and Spain.

FIFA 2026 has been a standout tournament as rookie countries like Cape Verde and Norway, put us on the edge of our seats by stopping big name countries. The World Cup also kept on giving, by introducing us to new top names like Haaland, Bellingham and Lamine who could rival the older generation both in memes and technical skills.

The finals perfectly sets this up, as the star players of both sides have already met each other when one, a baby and the other an already acclaimed player, now meet each other at the fight for the podium of the biggest football championship.

But in the end, there is going to be only one winner. So for the last time this World Cup, let's not wait for any hydration breaks and comment right away for who you think is going to win this world cup!
