SiLa, Centre for Performing Arts, Thrissur SiLa is a cultural organisation which mainly concentrates on the promotion of Performing Arts like Theatre and Classical Dance. SiLa means 'rock' in Sanskrit.

As a rocky ground makes a good foundation, SiLa Centre for Performing Arts aims at creating a strong foundation in Indian arts for promoting them. The group was formed in 2013 and blossomed into a full fledged group only in 2016. This group mainly concentrates on classical dance, theatre and other allied art forms.

ശില പത്താം വർഷത്തിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ വേളയിൽ ഈ പ്രവർത്തന വർഷത്തെ ആദ്യത്തെ ശില്പശാല ഞങ്ങൾ ഏറെ സന്തോഷപൂർവ്വം നടത്താൻ തയ്യാറെടുക്കുകയാണ്.

ലോകത്തിലെ തന്നെ പ്രാചീന നാട്യ കലാരൂപമായ കൂടിയാട്ട രംഗത്തെ മുതിർന്ന കലാകാരിയും അധ്യാപികയുമായ ശ്രീമതി. ഉഷ നങ്ങ്യാർ നയിക്കുന്ന സൂക്ഷ്മാഭിനയ ശില്പശാല 'സൂക്ഷ്മം' 2025 ഒക്ടോബർ 3,4,5 തീയതികളിൽ നടത്തപ്പെടുകയാണ്. തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ വേലൂർ ആസ്ഥാനമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന 'തരു സ്പേസ് ഫോർ ആർട്സ്' ആയിരിക്കും ശിൽപ്പശാലയുടെ വേദി.

നാടകം, ശാസ്ത്രീയ നൃത്തരൂപങ്ങൾ, സിനിമ തുടങ്ങിയ അഭിനയത്തിന് പ്രാധാന്യവും സാധ്യതയും ഉള്ള ഏതൊരു കലാരൂപത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന കലാകാരർക്കും പങ്കെടുക്കാവുന്ന തരത്തിൽ കൂടിയാട്ടത്തിന്റെ സങ്കേതങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് നടത്തപ്പെടുന്ന ശില്പശാല ആയിരിക്കും 'സൂക്ഷ്മം'.

കഥാപാത്ര രൂപീകരണത്തിനും, കഥാവതരണത്തിനും, മനോധർമ്മ പ്രയോഗങ്ങൾക്കും, സാത്വികാഭിനയം പരിപോഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും എല്ലാം സഹായകരമാകുന്ന രീതിയിലുള്ള പരിശീലന പദ്ധതിയാണ് ഈ ശില്പശാലയിൽ പൂർണമായും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുക.

രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ആരംഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. സെപ്റ്റംബർ 25 വരെ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.

Summer is a time to go back to one's own childhood memories. Summers, once upon a time were all about visiting your favourite cousins, lots of outdoor plays with less or no screentime, and great food!

What if we tell you that your child will have the best of five days at our summer camp?!

SiLa is proud to bring to you, 'Kalikkaalam' (playtime) from April 23rd to April 27th, a residential summer camp aimed at fostering independence, developing social and collaborative skills and promoting physical activity.

Being held at SiLa House in Thrissur, a space amidst nature and good, healthy, home-cooked food, we are sure your child is in for a treat!
