Slow mornings have been feeling extra special lately. 🤍
I recently started journaling regularly again after taking a small break, and even though I am still getting back into the rhythm, I am really happy with the little progress I am making.
Right now I keep two journals. One is my brain dump journal where I simply write whatever is on my mind. No stickers, no themes, no trying to make it look pretty. Just thoughts on paper. The other is my memory keeper, where I get to be a little more creative with colors, stickers, and different themes that make each page feel unique.
This morning, I woke up to a gentle drizzle outside, made myself a cup of lemon and honey water, and sat down at my desk with my journals. There was something so calming about the sound of the rain, the quiet of the morning, and the simple act of putting pen to paper.
Nothing extraordinary happened today, but sometimes these small moments end up being the most meaningful.
Sharing a few glimpses from this rainy morning journaling session. 🌿☁️📖
