This Independence Day, we are proud to present our student Arnav Iyer, who beautifully rendered the timeless patriotic song “Saare Jahan Se Achha”, singing while accompanying himself on the guitar.

Arnav is a student of Surmani Sri Mohan Pendse for Guitar and Smt. Subbalakshmi Iyer for Carnatic Vocal.

A heartfelt rendition that brings together the joy of music, the discipline of learning and the spirit of our nation. 🎶🇮🇳

Wishing everyone a very Happy Independence Day!

“Avaghe Garje Pandharpur” a beautiful Marathi abhang composed by Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki with lyrics by Ashok Paranjpe, beautifully captures the vibrant energy of the Warkari pilgrimage and the power of chanting the divine name.

With every chant of Narayana, the energy in the room shifted.
The boundary between stage and audience faded,
and all of us became part of the same bhakti.
A beautiful reminder that divinity grows when shared.

Power cut, but not the devotion. ✨
Our little ones sang with all their heart and innocence, and their voices reached straight to Vitthala.

Meet the Artiste - Neha Bhat

It all began for Neha when she was just seven. Watching her sister Nidhi dance, she fell in love with Bharatanatyam and stepped into the world of rhythm and expression under the loving guidance of Smt.Asha Sunil Kumar and the dedicated teachers of Sanskriti Academy.
The years that followed at Sanskriti Academy have been magical, and Neha has been a proud recipient of Sanskriti Yogya Puraskar on multiple times. Neha counts herself truly blessed to belong to an academy that offers multiple opportunities through which her love of dance can be expressed. .
Off the stage, Neha is absolutely driven and comes across as a bright and spirited student. She completed her Class 10 at Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, securing a place among the top three ranks with 99% entirely through self-study.
She was also part of school’s Honour Society and served in the school senate. Beyond academics, she is an all- rounder and dives wholeheartedly into school life - from science exhibitions to sports and cultural events. Her confidence as a speaker is evident in debates and Model UN, not to forget that whenever there is dance at school, Neha is the first to step forward, lighting up stage after stage and carrying home prize after prize. Neha is currently in grade 11 and preparing for JEE.
On this blessed occasion, Neha bows her head in gratitude and humbly seeks the blessings of God, her gurus, her elders and all her well-wishers

Meet the Artiste - Anubhuti Banerjee

Anubhuti began her journey in the sacred art form of Bharatanatyam at the tender age of seven at Sanskriti Academy of Fine Arts. Blessed with a joyful spirit and a natural inclination for dance, she has blossomed into a dedicated student of the art form. She has successfully completed the ‘Kovid’ certification from the esteemed Nalanda Nritya Kala Mahavidyalaya. Her devotion has been showcased
through soulful performances at the prestigious Natyanjali festival, Kunku Festival, and Prayaasbindu, as well as several auspicious temple precincts- lovely opportunities that came her way as a student of Sanskriti Academy of Fine Arts.
Beyond the realm of dance, she brings the same vibrant energy and dedication to her academics and personal pursuits. Passing her matriculation exams with flying colours, she is a distinguished student and has successfully cleared both the Elementary and Intermediate Art Examinations. An enthusiast of nature and adventure, she has completed a rigorous course with the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports (ABVIMAS) at Manali.
Currently studying at Smt. Sulochana Devi Singhania School, she aims to pursue a career in the creative field.
Her Arangetram marks a beautiful milestone in her artistic path, reflecting her discipline, joy and love for this classical tradition. As she ascends the stage, she humbly seeks blessings from the Almighty, her Natyacharya Smt. Asha Sunilkumar, elders and all her well-wishers.
Your presence during this aesthetic experience would mean the world to her.
