Academic Review Meeting Held at HSS Khaipora
Khaipora, 21 September 2026: A cluster-level review meeting of the Heads of High and Middle Schools of Cluster HSS Khaipora was held today under the chairmanship of the Cluster Head, HSS Khaipora.. The Worthy ZEO Tangmarg and ZEPO Tangmarg also graced the meeting with their presence.
The meeting focused on academic performance, preparation of Annual Summative Assessments, setting of question papers, evaluation and preparation of Holistic Progress Cards (HPCs).
Detailed discussions were held on the preparation of competency-based question papers, with emphasis on covering all prescribed competencies, learning outcomes and appropriate cognitive levels of the students. The HoIs were advised to ensure proper scrutiny and moderation of question papers before finalisation.
The meeting also discussed the appointment of Superintendents from nearby schools for smooth, impartial and transparent conduct of examinations. Emphasis was laid on proper invigilation, confidentiality and strict adherence to examination norms.
Regarding evaluation, the participants stressed fair, objective and uniform assessment of answer scripts on the basis of prescribed marking schemes. Timely completion of evaluation and declaration of results was also emphasised.
The meeting further reviewed the preparation of HPCs, with directions to ensure that these reflect the overall academic progress, competencies and learning needs of each student.
The Cluster Head directed all HoIs to complete the preparatory activities within the stipulated timeline and ensure transparent, competency-based and learner-centred assessment across the cluster.
