BIJIT GWRA NARZARY - WE WILL MISS YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY

We have lost a family member, a guide and a well-wisher.

He was never officially a part of अख्रां - The Sky or Swrjini Phungkha. However, he was always there to guide us, support us, and encourage us throughout our journey. His presence and guidance meant far more than any official position could express.

In the 8th Edition of the Burkhang One-Act Play Competition, he officially served as the Patron of the Organising Committee. But for us, he was much more than a patron - he was a family member, a guide, and someone we could always look up to.

His absence will leave a deep void in our family and in our journey. We will always remember his guidance, kindness and support.

Rest in peace Gedema, But be with us always!

‘Ratan Kachari’ Staged at Bodoland University to Honour Freedom Fighters 🇮🇳

The theatrical production “Ratan Kachari” was staged at the Jwhwlao Nileswar Brahma Auditorium, Bodoland University, on August 15.

Presented by Okhrang – The Sky in collaboration with the Bodo National Students’ Union (BONSU), the play highlighted the sacrifices and contributions of lesser-known heroes of India’s freedom struggle.

The production paid tribute to Swahid Ratan Kachari, who laid down his life during the 1942 Quit India Movement, bringing his story and sacrifice to the stage for a new generation.
