Vacuum Walk Arts presents Hargauri Shastri, a full-length Gujarati theatre production that blends social satire, meta-theatre, and tragicomedy to reflect how society performs itself on and off the stage. Rooted in the legacy of Gujarati Rangbhoomi, this natak explores feminine and masculine energies, identity, power, and the fragile boundary between art and reality. A play-within-a-play that uses humour, symbolism, and layered acting to leave audiences questioning long after the curtain falls.

A fairy tale… but not the kind you grew up with.

Fairytale of a Fallen Prince dives into obsession, decay, beauty, and the terrifying cost of desire.
Inspired by Oscar Wilde’s The Picture of Dorian Gray, this original theatrical adaptation asks a simple but dangerous question —

What happens when the soul starts rotting before the body does?

This is theatre driven by acting, transformation, and visual storytelling.
A stage where morality collapses, power seduces, and the prince is no hero.

If you believe theatre is meant to disturb, not decorate…
If acting should make you uncomfortable before it impresses you…
Then meet us tomorrow, under the lights.

One stage.
One prince.
One fall.

Three characters. Three energies.
One world that refuses to fit into a single definition.

In this reel, Girish Solanki—the writer, director, and Hargauri himself—unpacks the emotional graph of Noor, Arjun Jadeja, and Hargauri.
Noor’s softness, Arjun’s storm, and Hargauri’s duality…
This is where Surat theatre meets raw human truth.

After a beautiful show on the 14th, we return to Ahmedabad with two more performances:
27 Nov – 9:30 PM | 28 Nov – 7:15 PM
Manch Atira, Abhivyakti City Arts Project.

Which journey are you most curious to watch on stage?

27/11/2025

If this small moment intrigued you, imagine what the full play will do.
Hargauri isn’t just a natak… it’s a question.
A mirror.
A punchline straight to the soul.

From the world of Surat theatre to the stage of Ahmedabad, our team is bringing a performance that blends acting, Gujarati rangbhoomi, and emotional storytelling in the most unexpected way.

After the love we received on the 14th, we’re back again—
27 Nov – 9:30 PM | 28 Nov – 7:15 PM
Manch Atira, Abhivyakti City Arts Project.

Tell us—
Did this reel make you curious or confused?
Both are valid for this play.
