Our journey began with the inaugural of 1st year Singur Film Festival in 2022, and with each passing year we have celebrated the growth of the Singur Cine Forum (SCF). While we organize various activities throughout the year, the Singur Film Festival stands as our flagship annual event. As we stand on the threshold of this fifth year, we are delighted to share TWO important updates with you.

In its fifth year, the 2026 Singur Film Festival turns international. In addition to its existing national competition section, this year's international, non-competitive short film section will be a great addition to the program. We hope this will bring a broad cultural perspective and a deeper understanding of world cinema to local filmgoers, enthusiasts, and filmmakers. Consequently, the Singur Film Festival will henceforth be known as the Singur International Film Festival.

In it's fifth year, we will celebrate the Singur International Film Festival over two days. We hope that, in addition to screening short films, this will enable us to host film-related discussions and screen an invited feature film as well as children films also.
