The book is an easy read and has an interesting take on how there are so many monkeys living in our head and controlling our behaviour and actions.

It’s a quick read of 123 pages but leaves you thinking and gives you a fresh perspective.

There is so much stigma about taking medical help or reaching out to an expert regarding your mental fitness.
