THE PAIN OF PARTITION — A STORY THAT MUST NEVER BE FORGOTTEN
Some chapters of history are not meant to be merely read—they are meant to be felt.
Partition was more than the division of a land; it was the loss of homes, families, dreams, identities, and countless lives. Through our theatrical sketch, we brought to the stage the pain of displacement, separation, uncertainty, and the enduring strength of the human spirit.
It was an honour to present this poignant portrayal in the esteemed presence of
Shri Swaroopji Thakor — Hon. Minister in-charge, Patan
Shri Bhavikbhai Patel — Hon. President, District Panchayat, Patan
Dr. Prashant Jilova, IAS — Hon. Collector, Patan
Shri C. L. Patel — Hon. District Development Officer, Patan
Shri V. K. Nai, IPS — Hon. Superintendent of Police, Patan
Smt. Chandrikaben Raval — Hon. President, Patan Municipality
We express our heartfelt gratitude to all the dignitaries for their gracious presence and encouragement.
Theatre keeps history alive—not just as a memory, but as an emotion.
We remember the pain.
We remember the people.
We remember the humanity.
