Kya aap jaante ho ki bohot percentage of guys skip leg day? Kyun? Simple—leg day tough hota hai, mentally bhi aur physically bhi. Heavy compound moves, balance, stability, core activation… sab milke ek real battle bana dete hain. Isi liye log shortcut choose karte hain.
Par interesting baat ye hai ki girls never skip leg day kyunki unke goals, training style aur muscle endurance naturally lower-body focussed hoti hai. Isliye aksar log kehte hain ki leg day is hard for men but easier for girls—not because men are weak, but because girls lower body training mein naturally consistent hoti hain.
