Freshers, this one’s for you! 👀

The long-awaited Fine Arts Intro Talk is here; an opportunity for you to unveil who we are, what we create, and the space we hold for every colour of imagination on campus.

Gather around for an exhibition showcasing artwork by our club members! And if you have an artwork of your own that you’d like to put on display, bring it along, and you could earn yourself a spot in the exhibition too! :)

There will also be a fun art quiz, so be ready to put your creative eyes to the test, where top performers will receive live caricatures made by us!

We bring to you chaos and creativity — a space you’ve been looking to create, express, and be seen. So, if colours, canvases, and creativity speak to you louder than words ever could, this is your sign. Join us!

Greetings!
The Fine Arts Section, IIT Roorkee, is back with immense excitement to present the Annual Art Exhibition – “DARPAN” 2026!

This year’s theme, “Aadambar (आडम्बर),” explores the idea of illusion versus reality. It reflects on the grand displays we create—of power, wealth, virtue, and perfection—that often mask the truths hidden beneath. Through this theme, the exhibition invites viewers to question the spectacle of appearances: the pomp, the performance, and the carefully crafted façades that society builds.
