What if Ganesha didn’t have to look like Ganesha?

Sometimes, an idea is hidden in plain sight.

A French horn becomes his form.
A drum becomes his presence.
Every curve, every instrument, every detail comes together to reveal something far beyond what we first see.

Because creativity is about looking again.

Looking closer.
And finding an idea where you least expect it.

I stopped my Hayabusa. The bugs didn’t.

Sunday evening, I went out for a ride on my Hayabusa.

On the way back, I stopped by a pond to clean my specs.

And then I noticed something I couldn’t unsee.

There were tiny insects stuck all over the lenses.
For a moment, I just stared at them.

Then came the thought:
“What if the fastest bike leaves a trail… even when it’s parked?”

That little moment became this print ad.

No studio.
No elaborate setup.
No brainstorming room.

Just a pair of specs, a Sunday ride, a pond and
an idea hiding right in front of me.

Speed leaves a different kind of trail.

Sometimes the best advertising ideas aren’t created.

They’re noticed.

We’ll admit it
we’ve been a little slow at talking about ourselves.

For a while, we’ve let our work do the talking. And honestly, word of mouth has been pretty powerful for us.

But it’s time we got back on track with telling our own story.

So, here’s us getting back to self-marketing
one project at a time.

Starting with this one.

Designed by team unfolding.

Built to be experienced.

Apple didn't become iconic by adding more. It became iconic by removing everything that didn't matter.

More buttons became fewer. More features became simpler experiences. More noise became clarity.

The strongest brands aren't built by addition. They're built by ruthless subtraction.

Jony Ive didn't design simplicity. He designed away complexity.

The iPhone, iMac, and iPod became timeless not because they had more features, but because they had fewer distractions.

Sometimes, subtraction creates more value than addition 💯

Kodak didn't fail because people stopped recognizing the brand.

In fact, Kodak had some of the highest brand recall in the world. Everyone knew Kodak. Everyone trusted Kodak.
The problem wasn't awareness.

The problem was dilution.

Kodak invented the digital camera in 1975, but instead of leading the future, it protected its film business. While consumer behavior shifted, the company slowly lost relevance.

Brands rarely collapse in a single moment.

They weaken gradually through delayed decisions, through protecting the past, through ignoring changing habits.

By the time the market notices, the decline has already happened. Recognition alone doesn't guarantee longevity.
Relevance does.

Most companies assume decline comes from one bad campaign, one competitor, or one wrong decision.

Reality is far less dramatic.

Brands become ordinary little by little.

A weak product launch. Inconsistent communication. Chasing every trend. Trying to appeal to everyone. Compromising what made them distinctive in the first place.

Death by a thousand cuts.

BlackBerry didn't disappear because smartphones arrived.
Nokia didn't disappear because Apple launched the iPhone.

Kodak didn't disappear because digital cameras existed.
They lost because their identities became weaker while the world around them became stronger.

Relevance isn't lost in one quarter.
It's diluted over the years.
And rebuilding it takes far longer than losing it.

Kodak once controlled nearly 90% of the photographic film market. But market leadership created comfort, and comfort created resistance.

Ironically, Kodak itself invented the first digital camera. Yet the company feared that embracing digital would cannibalise its film business.

Competitors didn't destroy Kodak. Kodak's unwillingness to evolve did. Consumers moved to digital photography.
Then smartphones arrived.
And eventually, a brand that once defined an industry became a lesson taught in business schools.

The case of Kodak reminds us of something important:
Brands don't become irrelevant because people forget them. They become irrelevant when they stop adapting. Because obscurity is rarely sudden. It's gradual.

And dilution almost always comes before decline.
