Going beyond counts and connecting movement to the different instruments in Salsa music 🎶 Because dancing was never meant to be just steps — it’s about moving with the music. ✨
The simplest movement done musically will always feel better than complicated moves without rhythm or connection. 💃🏽🕺🏽
We never want to separate the dance from the music ❤️ Because we don’t just love Salsa dancing… we love the music a little too much too.

In our Mar-Apr Salsa Advanced Class, we put together this short sequence we learnt with Alex, Sai & Kirthi in 2024 along with the cowbell footwork taught by Anichi Perez in Salsa Verse.
