We at 8Moto Events, hereby take the opportunity to invite you and your esteemed publication to be a part of the 3rd edition of the highly rigorous but thrilling experience known as the Pune Offroad Expedition - taking place at Panshet Dam, nearby to Pune on 09:00 hours, 31st July 2016.
This year's event will witness participation from over 600+ offroad enthusiasts together in motorcycle and car categories. It is not a competitive event but a jolly celebration of the offroading spirit and coming together of the community in the wilderness that the Sahyadri mountain range offers us so generously.
Noted motocross riders, finest motorcycle clubs and offroading junkies will take on the demanding 50km route - dodging ceaseless rain, water crossings, knee-deep slush and slippery terrain before ending the ride with a late afternoon lunch coupled with some live music.
It will be a fun-filled Sunday like no other in company of some exciting motorcycles and automobiles. The Pune Offroad Expedition 2016 promises to be bigger and better in its third year of running!
It would be an honour for us and the participants if your publication can spare one day and be a part of our offroading adventure.
We also have camping facilities arranged at the end point of the event complete with food and restroom facilities. If any of your team members would like to camp out on the evening after the event, we request you to drop us a line on this email with the exact details of number of members and their food preferences. The complimentary tent accommodation will be on a 2 Pax sharing basis.

*In order to qualify for the event all participants are requested to wear necessary motorcycle gear like certified full-face helmet, gloves, riding jacket/armour, riding pants or knee & elbow pads, ankle length boots.
