***Terms and Conditions for CESA 2017 ***
1) To become eligible for the contest like us on .cesa also follow on

2) The theme for the contest in Indian Monuments/Forts. The photos should not contain portraits of person(s)
standing near the monuments/Forts; the participants should mail their photos with captions along with their Full
name and Department
(Details should not be visible on Images). Participants can send a maximum of 2 photos for the contest.

3) Images must meet the following specifications;
 Photos should only be in JPG/JPEG format.
 Watermarks on the images are not accepted.
 The images must not be older than 12 months and should be your original work.
 Computer-generated or computer-altered images will not be accepted. Artwork and illustrations
will not be accepted.

4) Send your photos to [email protected] by 17th August, 2017. Anyone from AISSMS’s Institute of Information
Technology can participate in the contest excluding CESA Committee members. No entries will be accepted after
the midnight of 17th August, 2017.
(Coordinators and volunteers of CESA can PARTICIPATE)

5) You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of all images entered. Images must not show the name
of photographer, agency or publication or any other information. (You may send these details on mail along with
the photos but must not be visible on the picture itself).

6) Two winners will be chosen on the basis of Appropriateness to Theme, Visual Appeal, Clarity and Quality of
Submission, the winners will be contacted by e-mail or by Facebook messenger. To receive the prize the winner
must respond to the notification email or message and provide all registration information requested no later than
3 Calendar days after the date of receipt of email/message. It is each Participant’s responsibility to regularly check
their email account/messages section.

7) Out of the two winner Photos, The best Photo and its author will be featured on CESA’s Instagram & Facebook
page.
If the winner does not respond to the email notification email before the 2 calendar day deadline they are no
longer eligible to claim the Prize. The contest Promoter has the right to select an alternative winner.

8) CESA will not disclose any personal information, including Name, email, Phone no to any third party.
CESA 2017 reserves the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently the contest with or without any prior
notice to Participants.
