Celebrating 10 Incredible Years of Design Media & Edutainment Solutions Pvt Ltd., Learning, Growth & Impact!
A decade ago, I took a leap of faith and started Design Media & Edutainment Solutions Pvt Ltd with a simple vision: to create a space where students could be empowered with knowledge, skills, industry work culture, confidence, and purpose. It was one of its kind academies and the only academy training Graphic Designers for the World Skills Olympics since its inception for over 10 years now.
Today, as we celebrate 10 years, when I look back, I am filled with immense gratitude for the journey we've had. Now having trained and mentored hundreds of bright, passionate learners, this milestone is a testament to the power of education, skill development and perseverance. It was a rollercoaster ride, and we are at the peak and growing rapidly until 2020 & 21. The pandemic taught us lot of lessons on how to adapt to the crisis situation.
Over the years, interacting with some truly amazing students watching them evolve, succeed, and become changemakers in their fields has been the most rewarding part of this journey. The world skills candidates whether it’s TOP 10 india skill champions or Medal and Medallion winners… They are at the peak of their carreer. As a proud coach even today, they reach out to me if they are stuck in their field, that’s the credibility and respect I have earned.
A heartfelt thank you to:
Every student who trusted us with their learning.
Every parent who believed in our vision.
Every team member, mentor, and supporter who stood by us through thick and thin.
While the post-pandemic world and rapid transformation in the education industry made it difficult to continue our traditional training model, the knowledge, network, and experience gained over the years are now fuelling a new chapter—as an independent consultant.
I'm now focusing on contributing to the AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming & Comics) skilling ecosystem—a space that continues to evolve and demand creative, adaptable minds.
Today’s generation needs more than just technical skills and education. They need:
· Life awareness
· Self-belief
· Confidence
· A go-getter mindset
As educators, mentors, and professionals, it’s on us to continue adapting and staying resilient through AI disruption, economic shifts, global uncertainties, and the dynamic energy of Gen Z.
Here’s to the next chapter: to bigger dreams, deeper impact, and continued collaboration with like-minded changemakers, exchanging ideas on how we can shape a stronger future together.
Big thanks to all my Family, My Wife stood with me continuing our journey..., Industry Friends, NSDC, MESC and My fellow experts (World Skills International) from across the world.
