Before Liam was born, his family received devastating news. At just 22 weeks of pregnancy, doctors discovered he had an encephalocele, a rare condition in which part of the brain protrudes through an opening in the skull.

Born in March 2023, Liam faced an incredibly difficult beginning. He underwent major brain surgery at just one month old, followed by an 11-hour operation at six months to remove the encephalocele and reconstruct his skull.

His journey also brought a cerebral palsy diagnosis, creating more challenges for him and his family. But Liam continued fighting through occupational, speech, feeding, aquatic, and music therapies. Over time, he achieved remarkable milestones, learning to walk, talk, and eat without a feeding tube.

For his mother, Hannah, every small achievement is a moment worth celebrating. 🥹✨

Liam's journey reminds us that progress doesn't have to be perfect to be extraordinary. Sometimes, the smallest steps carry the biggest victories. ❤️👏
