Inviting everyone to view my artwork at the Kalaa Spandan Art Fair, Pune, from 22-24 May 2026! 🎨

I’m showcasing a collection of handmade and hand-painted artworks inspired by traditional Indian art forms including Madhubani, Kalamkari, and Mandala art. Along with the paintings, I’ll also be displaying a selection of hand-painted diaries crafted with intricate details and vibrant designs and other stationery products.

These artworks are not only created to add warmth and character to homes, but can also beautifully enhance office and workspace interiors. Last week’s Antarman (Art Journaling Circle) theme was — “A Heart Full of Thanks.” ❤️

We paused for a few quiet moments to reflect on the simple blessings we often take for granted — a loving family, good health, a cozy home, financial stability, and so much more.

We drew large hearts in our journals and filled them with every little thing that makes life meaningful. Gratitude came alive in colour and words.

The session ended with one gentle practice — to write a gratitude note to someone who has made a difference in our lives. Because sometimes, expressing gratitude can heal hearts in the most beautiful ways.

These sessions are not about creating perfect art.
They are about creating space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore your true feelings with honesty and compassion. 🌸

Antarman Session 2 - “These are a few of my favourite things.”

Last week in our art journaling circle, we explored the theme: “These are a few of my favourite things.”

We began by making lists of the little (and big) things that bring us joy — favourite foods, songs, smells, places, people, memories. As we shared stories behind them, the space slowly filled with nostalgia, laughter, comfort, and connection.

Through doodles, colours, and handwritten reflections, we created journals that felt deeply personal and beautifully alive. 💛

Sometimes, paying attention to what we love tells us so much about who we are.

I’m starting ‘Antarman’ — a weekly art journaling circle dedicated to inner exploration, emotional expression, and mindful creativity.

This is a safe, gentle space to pause, unwind, and step away from the noise of everyday life. Once a week, we’ll disconnect from everything outside and reconnect with ourselves through simple art and honest writing—no experience needed, just an open mind.

It’s less about creating “perfect art” and more about expressing, reflecting, and caring for yourself in a meaningful way.
