**SHE DOESN’T NEED OUR PITY.
SHE NEEDS OUR HUMANITY.**
Some stories are not meant to make us feel sorry.
They are meant to make us stop… think… and act.
I met Chanchal on 15 August in the Swargate area of Pune.
A young mother.
A little daughter.
A father who still stands beside them.
A family living with very little… but holding on to something priceless — hope.
Chanchal’s life has not been easy.
Marriage at a young age.
A daughter.
Family conflicts.
A husband who disappeared from her life.
A job that came… and then went away.
But she did not disappear.
She stood.
She fought.
She kept going.
Then I saw her little daughter sitting on a tiny yellow plastic horse.
I asked her age.
I looked into her mother’s eyes…
and there were tears.
I gave the little girl some wafers.
She smiled.
And suddenly, that tiny world became full of happiness.
She started running around with the innocence that every child deserves.
That moment made one thing very clear to me:
Poverty should never decide a child’s future.
I told Chanchal that I would take responsibility for her daughter’s education.
Not as charity.
Not as a favour.
As a human being doing what another human being should do.
Because sometimes, changing a life doesn't require millions.
Sometimes it requires:
ONE PERSON.
ONE DECISION.
ONE OPEN HEART.
So today, I am not asking you to feel sorry for Chanchal.
I am asking you to see her courage.
And I am asking you to look at that little girl…
and imagine what she could become if she gets the education she deserves.
A teacher.
A doctor.
An artist.
A scientist.
Or simply… a strong, independent human being.
Her circumstances are not her destiny.

**उसे हमारी दया नहीं…
हमारी इंसानियत चाहिए।**
कुछ कहानियाँ हमें दुखी करने के लिए नहीं होतीं…
वो हमें जगाने के लिए होती हैं।
१५ अगस्त को पुणे के स्वारगेट परिसर में मेरी मुलाकात चंचल से हुई।
कम उम्र में शादी…
एक बेटी…
रिश्तों में संघर्ष…
पति का जिंदगी से चले जाना…
नौकरी मिलना और फिर नौकरी चले जाना…
आज भी जिंदगी आसान नहीं है।
लेकिन चंचल टूटी नहीं।
वो खड़ी है।
वो लड़ रही है।
वो अपनी बेटी के भविष्य के लिए आगे बढ़ रही है।
उसकी छोटी बेटी एक पीले रंग के प्लास्टिक के घोड़े पर बैठी थी।
मैंने उसकी उम्र पूछी…
और उसकी माँ की आँखों में आँसू दिखाई दिए।
मैंने बच्ची को वेफर्स दिए।
वो मुस्कुराई…
और कुछ ही पलों में दौड़ने लगी।
उसकी वो छोटी सी मुस्कान मुझे एक बहुत बड़ी बात कह गई—
किसी बच्चे का भविष्य उसकी गरीबी तय नहीं करनी चाहिए।
मैंने उसकी पढ़ाई की जिम्मेदारी लेने का फैसला किया।
यह कोई एहसान नहीं है।
यह इंसानियत है।
आज मैं आपसे चंचल पर तरस खाने के लिए नहीं कह रहा।
मैं चाहता हूँ कि आप उसकी हिम्मत देखें।
उसकी बेटी की आँखों में छिपा हुआ भविष्य देखें।
और खुद से एक सवाल पूछें—
“मैं क्या कर सकता हूँ?”
किसी बच्चे की पढ़ाई में मदद कर सकते हैं?
किसी जरूरतमंद को नौकरी का अवसर दे सकते हैं?
किसी परिवार को सही व्यक्ति से जोड़ सकते हैं?
या कम से कम…
एक सच्ची कहानी सही इंसान तक पहुँचा सकते हैं?
तो शुरुआत आज ही कीजिए।
क्योंकि कभी-कभी किसी की जिंदगी बदलने के लिए बहुत बड़ी दौलत नहीं…
बस एक बड़ा दिल चाहिए।

जिंदगी हमें बहुत कुछ देती है…
कभी हँसाती है, कभी रुलाती है।
लेकिन सबसे खूबसूरत पल वो होता है…
जब हमारी वजह से किसी और के चेहरे पर मुस्कान आती है।

साथ दीजिए।
आगे आइए।
इंसानियत का हिस्सा बनिए।
