1) Fill up the form with required details.
• Fill the Property Details as per Index II
• Fill the Information of Owner & Tenant (Valid Aadhar & PAN No required)
• Fill the Information of 2 Witnesses (Valid Aadhar & PAN No required)
2) Please Schedule the Appointment [Date] & [Time Slot]
3) Once the Appointment is confirmed email will be sent to registered email id along with Token Number.
4) E-Seva Pune will prepare the Draft.
5) Visit the E-Seva Outlet as per Appointment Schedule along with Owner, Tenant & 02 Witnesses for further process i.e
• Changes in draft if any
• Stamp Duty Payment (Cash, Credit card, Net Banking)
• Biometrics
• UID Verification
• Ex*****on
6) You will get the Soft copy of the Agreement & Index II on your email address & hard copy at the outlet along with the Payment receipt.
