OJAS ABHISHEK KUMAR
With over 9 years of practicing theatre and yoga, Ojas Abhishek Kumar has trained with directors from the National School of Drama and worked with several theatre groups across North India. For the past four years, he has been working as an actor and facilitator with the Auroville Theatre Group under the guidance of Jill Navarre.
In this workshop, along with theatre exercises, he brings a Yogic Theatre approach — a simple and unique way into acting. Through focused work on the Body, Mind, and Speech, participants will build a strong foundation for acting. Specially designed practices for actors help relax the body, calm the mind, and strengthen the voice, so they feel more present and confident on stage.

Jill Navarre: from the U.S. actor, director playwright: I have been the Director of the Auroville Theatre Group for 28 years. Recently, I have directed "Julius Caesar" by Wm. Shakespeare.
