Natraj Chole Bhature

A typical small North Indian food place with Chole Bhature being the hero of the movie as the name suggests. This is a small place, no seating, there are tables placed inside and outside, at a good distance from each other. The menu is very limited, and the rates are not on the higher side. One plate of chole bhature is about ₹110 and for extra chole or bhature you have to pay extra. The staff are really friendly and cooperative, next to the menu that’s put up on the wall near the billing area, there is an information board about this chole bhature as well, make sure to read it, worth the read. The food doesn’t take much time, we visited this place during lunch time and they took hardly 5 mins to serve, the bhature they make fresh, the chole is cooked and kept ready to serve.

100 gms of butter
Mix these two in a mixer until it's powder like. Transfer it into a cake mould and keep it in the fridge.
Meanwhile,
400gms of whipping cream
Whisk it until it's a thick viscous paste.
Now add,
400 gms Cream cheese
100 gms powdered sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
8 randomly crushed biscuits
Mix well and put it into the base that was kept in the fridge earlier. Spread it evenly and keep it back into the fridge for another 5-6 hours. Decorate with some powdered and crushed Oreo on top. Lo behold the almighty unconventional cheesecake!
