🌺Basanti Durga Puja 2026 at Noida Kalibari🌺
Celebrating the Divine Mother during the sacred Navaratri of Spring

Noida Bengali Cultural Association (Noidakalibari ) is pleased to announce the celebration of Basanti Durga Puja at the Noida Kalibari premises from 24th March to 28th March 2026.

While most people are familiar with Sharadiya Durga Puja in October, the original worship of Maa Durga was traditionally performed during the spring season (Basanta). According to ancient scriptures, Basanti Durga Puja during Chaitra Navaratri marks the divine victory of Shakti over evil, symbolizing renewal, strength, and spiritual awakening as nature blossoms during spring.

This sacred celebration allows devotees to seek the blessings of Maa Durga for prosperity, protection, and harmony in their lives.

Programme Schedule

24th March (Tuesday) – Sasthi
25th March (Wednesday) – Saptami
26th March (Thursday) – Ashtami
27th March (Friday) – Navami
28th March (Saturday) – Dashami

The detailed Puja schedule including Pushpanjali timings, Sandhi Puja, and other rituals is mentioned in the Puja card.

Devotees are welcome to send their offerings such as flowers, Mool Bhog, Bhog Seva, or Bhandara as part of their devotion to Maa Durga.

Dol Purnima, also known as Basanta Utsav, signifies the arrival of spring and the eternal bond of love, harmony, and devotion. On this sacred occasion, devotees gather to offer prayers, participate in rituals, and rejoice through music and cultural expressions.*l
