ParyaasKala Manch is a Delhi based theatre group, registered under Government of NCT with vide registration number 1897. Since its inception in the year 2015, ParyaasKala Manch had always promoted & tried to spread the message of piece, brotherhood & welfare of the society through the powerful medium of theatre. Being an independent theatre group, PKM also organizes different types of productions
eg. Comedy, Satire, Mythological, Historical, Realistic, Classic etc. PKM keep doing continuous productions to enhance the skills of their students. At Paryaas Kala all the students are put together on the same platform, no matter he or she is senior or junior. Paryaas Kala only promotes talent. If a student fits into the character, he or she will get a chance to showcase his or her talent to the world. Apart from theatrical productions, we do fusion theatre as well. This sounds very different to theatre activists as the term Fusion Theatre is given by PKM. This is very popular in the western world. On 2nd April, 2015, ParyaasKala Manch team decided to run an awareness movement on “Stop Female Foeticide (Beti Bachao - Beti Padao) & started the same on 9th May,2015 from Dilli Haat, INA. PKM team had done more then 55 shows at different locations in Delhi. ParyaasKala Manch had collaborated with Living the Drama, a United Kingdom based Theatre Company to run the awareness movement in the United Kingdom for the Asian communities. Living the Drama is ParyaasKala`s International Movement Partner for this awareness movement. India has the maximum percentage of the youth in the world & the youth can bring the change. ParyaasKala has plan to take this awareness movement to educational institutions to target youth & starting the same from Convent of Jesus & Mary College (JMC), South Campus, Delhi University from 23rd September, 2015 which is still going on & planned to take it to all the colleges in the near future.
