Hey guys,
I m here for tell the most important thing.
i saw many comments and posts for asking which protein, powder and steroids are good to take to build body.
So, Guys i just wanna tell u all that we do not need this things, we can easily build a good and pleasant body.
just we need to focus and continuously go to the gym without any rescues.

For the biggest Muscle we just need to repetition of exercises and a proper sets of excersices.

Now i will upload best 5 body parts excersices every week, which help u all to build a good body without any shortcuts.πŸ’ͺ

Hey Guys,
I m back with the THE FOUR beginners' exercise. The easiest and the MOST POWERFUL and IMPORTANT excersice.

1.PULL UPS- 21 Pull ups 3 sets of 7 each in a day.

2.PUSH UPS - 60 Push Ups 3 set of 20 each in a day.

3. SIT UPS - 100 Sit ups 4 set of 25 each in a day.

4. SQUAT - 100 Squats 4 set of 25 each in a day.

These 4 exercises is the key for GOOD physique that everybody wants.

The person who not able to lifts his own weight properly like MUSCLE UP PULLS UP etc, please do not go to Lift heavy weight for around 1 month. In these exercises your complete body works which is a benefit for us.

So, Just do these 4 exercises daily n see the changes in urself.
