Every child deserves a classroom that inspires, engages and nurtures. That begins with empowered and compassionate educators.

Through our partnership with Kshamtalaya Foundation, 96 Champion Teachers and 15 principals from Delhi government schools came together to strengthen joyful, child-centred classrooms. They co-created vision statements and took part in classroom observations and leadership sessions.

The teachers also identified focus areas across three domains (skills, knowledge and mindset), linked to teaching practices, student needs, parental involvement and school culture.

The initiative underscores the importance of creating opportunities for educators to reflect, learn and grow.

True education teaches children not just how to succeed, but how to care, connect, and lead with empathy. This vision drives all work at the Max India Foundation.

Through our partnership with The Karuna Practice and Care to Action, educators in Vijayawada gathered for a three-day Educator Preparation Workshop on the SEE Learning framework. Delivered in their local language, the training helped teachers deeply absorb compassionate pedagogy and bring experiential learning straight into their classrooms.

We are proud to support partnerships that equip educators with the tools to build kinder, human-centered learning spaces. Through compassionate teaching, this effort touches the lives of hundreds of young learners across local schools.

Humbled and joyed to see that our work through Max India Foundation with Routes 2 Roots helped open young minds to education beyond the classroom.

In sessions led by artiste Guru Harshdeep Kaur, students across 15 schools in Delhi NCR learned about culture, expression and confidence through the energy of Punjabi folk dance Bhangra.

Books and learning can open up possibilities far beyond the classroom.

Recently, Max Group’s Antara Senior Care and Max Estates Limited came together through the Max India Foundation and donated 150+ children’s books, including picture books, phonics-based books, early readers and more to the Sant Memorial Public School in Gurugram.

The month-long collection drive concluded with a school visit followed by handing over the books to the library, and brief engagement with the students and the community.

It gives us great joy to share that these books have now become a part of many children’s foundational learning journey.

Through Max Estates Gurgaon's partnership with Habitat for Humanity India, 54 families in Rewari, Haryana now have homes that are safer and more secure. 29 in Aakera village, 25 in Bhudla, built in two phases, and built to last.

At Max Group, we believe a home is more than a place to live. It's where dignity, good health, and opportunity are born.

Sometimes, the greatest measure of impact isn't the number of homes built, it's the new beginnings they make possible.

This quarter, our partner Teach For India achieved a milestone with its largest-ever Fellowship recruitment cycle, onboarding over 600 Fellows through its Summer Institute across three cities.

Beyond the classroom, Fellows also led engaging summer camps focused on foundational learning and emotional well-being—helping children learn with confidence and joy.
