The Mahakal 📿🛕 Event at Ujjain was a remarkable celebration of India’s rich scientific heritage! As part of this grand occasion, the IKS Division proudly showcased a fascinating exhibition of Indian Astronomical Instruments, thoughtfully designed and presented by talented participants from school, college, and university levels.

Bharat has a glorious and time-honored tradition in astronomy. From the pioneering works of ancient scholars like Vrdha Garga, Aryabhata, Madhavacharya, and Nilakantha Somayaji to later luminaries such as Pathani Samanta, India has made profound contributions to observational astronomy and mathematical sciences. These achievements were supported by ingenious instruments that enabled precise celestial observations.
