Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that Mr F M Patel who is a retired employee of a private company had purchased an electrical appliance from SAMSUNG. This was from their dealer M/s Kings ELECCTRONICS PVT LTD The appliance failed within the warranty period. When SAMSUNG customer service was approached by Mr F M Patel the company continued to delay the matter and finally came up with the reason that the Warranty period had expired. This is sheer cheating that SAMSUNG has indulged in. They should either replace the appliance or refund the full amount along with damages to Mr F M Patel. Please note that this person is a retired man who has a limited source of income. I seek your help and support in this matter.
