Get ready for the first edition of "JOY"(Jainites of the year)- an event that will feature the best of talents at JGI. An ideal platform to get recognized as 'the' team!

Here's your chance to be a part of and witness the ultimate battle at JOY 2K16 on 10th and 11th March 2016.

JOY 2K16 will test the participants on all round skills with lots of fun, masti and some serious stuff too! Let your creative juices flow and put your best foot forward!

Event consists of a team of 6 members from any stream of UG and PG students.
Reporting time on 10th March 2016 is 1:00pm at Jain Jayanagar 9th block campus.

PREREQUISITES
ID cards are compulsory to be carried by all the students participating.
Registration fees- 600 per team
Participants are requested to get their laptops and dongles.

The six-member team has specific characters:
KING- The ruler of all! Considered as the best but moves are limited.
QUEEN- Pre-eminent in all the fields. The all powerful one that moves in all directions!
BISHOP: The name is straight but the moves aren't!
KNIGHT: The one with the non-linear move; always ready to shake a leg!
ROOK - Lazy and slow; waits for others to move first!
PAWN- Underrated, boring and scapegoat; most useful if lasts till the end.
Each one is so distinct, so different; but yet to win they have to be one! Do you have it in you to escape the maze; or would someone else say "check mate". Do join us to feel the thrill else just take a chill pill!
