आज एक निवेदन के साथ कुछ लिखने की कोशिश की है मैंने ... Please अपना 2 मिनट का समय निकाल कर इस पोस्ट को दें ...
ये कोई कविता "शायरी या गजल तो नहीं है जिससे मैं आपका मनोरंजन कर सकूँ ..
इस के लिये माफी चाहती हूँ 👏
क्यूँकि मैं खुद को इस काबिल नहीं समझती
कुछ गरीब बच्चों को देखा तो मन हुआ लिखूँ कुछ ..

कथनी और करनी में फर्क होता है दोस्तों
गरीब और जरूरतमंदों को देख कर "अफसोस" तो हर कोई जताता है ..
'मगर क्या मदत के लिये सब के हाथ खड़े होते हैं ??.... नहीं :(
बोलते सब हैं लेकिन करते कुछ ही हैं ...:/

लेकिन इन सब के लिये समय निकाले कौन ?
इस बारे में सोचे कौन ?
समय नहीं मिल रहा यार '
अपनी ही life से परेशान हूँ किसी की क्या मदत करूँ .. और सबसे बड़ी गलत फहमी तो ये यार मुझ अकेले की मदत से क्या होगा .. :O
अरे भाई पहले आप खुद तो मदत को आगे बढ़ो बाकी को बाद में कहना ..
यदि सब ऐसा ही सोचेंगे तो क्या कोई भी कर पायेगा ?
दोस्तों
क्या आपको नहीं लगता अगर हर कोई अपने दो चार कपड़े भी किसी को दान कर देता है तो इस बार की ठंड में एक भी गरीब ठंड से नहीं मरेगा ?
#दोस्तों mttr ये नहीं करता कि आप दुखी इंसानों को देखकर कितना दुखी होते हैं ..mttr ये करता है कि आप उनकी मदत के लिये कितना आगे बढते हैं..

Why must your child start dancing early?

Children who learn dance in groups benefit in the following ways:

1. They learn to follow directions
2. They learn to co-operate with each other, work in a team
3. They interact both physically and verbally with each other
4. They develop better body-music co-ordination, rhythm sense and balance
5. They learn how to control their bodies better
6. They develop confidence to perform in public once they perform at a DDA event
7. They’re able to dance solo when offered to dance in family functions etc.
8. They learn to action without their parents guidance
9. They learn new dance forms and understand 4,8 and
16. beat patterns
10. They get the regular exercise that their bodies need and are healthier
11. They feel relaxed and have fun – dancing is a proper workout for the body and mind
12. Kids who dance regularly are happier and better behaved
