Utsah Toli UTSAHTOLI is a community cultural centre for the children of four villages in Naukuchiatal, District Nainital, Uttarakhand, India.

UTSAHTOLI (www.utsahtoli.org) is a community cultural centre for the children of four villages in Naukuchiatal, District Nainital, Uttarakhand, India. It was initiated in 2015 by Aruna Vasudev in association with Pramod & Neelima Mathur. It is envisioned as a Third Space away from home and school where children play indoor / outdoor games, learn crafts, are initiated into internet-based guided learning and chill over a cup of coffee. Welcome to the world of children at UTSAHTOLI.
