🌺 The Journey of PNBCA – A Story of Faith, Togetherness & Antarikota 🌺
Paschim Nagariya Bengali Cultural Association (PNBCA) began its journey in 2014 with a simple yet powerful vision — to celebrate Maa Durga’s Puja with an open heart, bringing together our members and welcoming everyone from society to join in the festivities.
Our first three years, 2014, 2015 and 2016, were celebrated at IWWA, Nagpur. These were the years when a small beginning slowly transformed into a growing family, united by devotion, culture and togetherness.
With the desire to welcome even more people and create a larger celebration, PNBCA took its next step and moved to Bharat Lawns, where we celebrated Puja in 2017, 2018 and 2019. The celebration grew bigger, the family grew stronger, and so did our dreams.
Then came COVID-19 — a time that challenged the world and brought social distancing into our lives. But even during those difficult times, our faith remained unshaken.
In 2020, we observed Ghat Puja, keeping the spirit of Maa Durga alive despite the circumstances. In 2021, we conducted a closed-door Puja exclusively for our members at IWWA, respecting all necessary restrictions.
By then, PNBCA had grown into a much larger family, and the team was ready to take a giant leap forward.
🌸 The Ladies Club Years – 2022 to 2025
From 2022 to 2025, PNBCA celebrated Durga Puja at Ladies Club Lawns, Civil Lines.
For four consecutive years, we worked together to create what became known as one of the most organised and welcoming Pujas in Nagpur — driven by dedication, discipline, warmth and, above all, Antarikota.
Every year brought new experiences, new members, new ideas and new memories. What started as a vision in 2014 had now become a celebration embraced by a large community.
🚩 2026 – A New Chapter Begins
And now, 2026 marks another milestone in the journey of PNBCA.
With a growing family and ever-growing expectations, we wanted to create a space that was more hygienic, more spacious and better equipped, particularly with improved cooking facilities for Maa Durga’s Bhog.
We also wanted to channelise every aspect of our celebration — from Puja and Bhog to Cultural Programmes and community gatherings — in a more organised and efficient manner.
Therefore, this year, PNBCA takes another exciting step forward as we move to our new venue:
📍 Jawahar Vidyarthi Gruha, Civil Lines, Nagpur
Conveniently located approximately 50 metres from Law College Square towards High Court, our new venue gives us the opportunity to take our celebrations to an even greater level.
2026 brings with it many new additions, new experiences and new initiatives.
But one thing remains unchanged — our open hearts, our love for Maa Durga, our passion for Bengali culture and the Antarikota that binds us all together.
🙏 We warmly welcome each and every one of you to join PNBCA Durga Puja 2026.
Come, celebrate with us.
Come, be a part of our journey.
Come, make this Puja grander, warmer and more memorable than ever before.
❤️ PNBCA 2026
One Puja. One Family. One Heart.
Shubho Sharodiya! 🌺
