In the southeastern corner of Lalitā's kuñja stands a jeweled, lotus-shaped swing pavilion. A swing, suspended by silken ropes, hangs gracefully from the branches of two bakula trees, whose arching boughs form a natural canopy overhead. The swing's seat, fashioned in the shape of a lotus, is made of rubies and corals, with silken cushions providing support for Śrī Śrī Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa. Above Them is a beautiful canopy of colorful cloth embroidered with golden threads and decorated with clusters of leaves and strings of pearls. Here, Lalitā and the sakhīs lovingly swing Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa while singing sweet songs.

Chandan Yatra Day 2 Govardhan

“Look! During the Dipavali festival Krishna’s mother worships Govardhana Hill, the splendid gopis happily sing, and Krishna, His graceful hand artistically decorated with turmeric, calls the cows with a voice like thunder and makes them jump and play.
With the cows in front, and Queen Yasoda and the gopis in the rear, the vrajajanas, headed by the Vraja King, circumambulate the hill. O friend, look! Krishna, the moon of Vraja also circumambulates, joking with His friends, and on various pretexts glancing at Sri Radha.”
Sri Prartanasraya-caturdasaka text 1-2
