Jashn Musical Group, Powai is all set to celebrate the first anniversary of its musical journey on the coming Friday, the 25th of November. Jashn will be showcasing the talent of all its singers from main group along with some brilliant artists from the industry.
Kiran Sachdev:
She was a finalist in SaReGaMaPa, one of the most popular singing reality competition in India that attracts talent from all over the world. She has lent her mesmerizing voice to a number of remixes and regional film songs. On stage she finds solace in letting her voice capture the listener. She has performed nationwide and internationally across various cities in Europe and the UK, and has a special place in her heart for the audience of London. She has been felicitated by the Indian High Commission in London and the Indian Embassy in Berlin. She has recorded an album with the ghazal maestro Jagjit Singh and has lent her voice to a devotional project alongside playback singer Sukhwinder Singh. Jashn will indeed be honored to have her perform at Jashn’s anniversary celebrations.
Mohit Shastry:
A reputed flute player and music arranger, has been regularly performing in stage shows across Mumbai and other cities. A few Jashn members, who had attended a few of his shows, were mesmerized by his flawless performances, Jashn Musical Group had been looking forward to have this talented flautist at its events for quite some time. It will indeed be a great pleasure and honour to have him perform on the Jashn platform for its anniversary celebrations.
Alok Katdare:
He has been singing professionally for the past 25 years in stage shows all over India. Alok was the winner of the Venus Records Competition for the movie Khiladi, a participant in the Sony TV’s popular show Star Yaar Kalakar on Sony TV, and in Meri Awaz Suno hosted by the legendary singer Mahendra Kapoor. Alok has performed with many playback singers like Suresh Wadkar, Sadhana Sargam, Uttara Kelkar, Vaishali Samant, Swapnil Bandodkar, and Sanjeevani Bhelande among others. Jashn is blessed to have him as a guest artist for its first year celebrations.
