Garlic Pull Apart Bread.

If you love bread, if you love butter, if you love cheese then this is for you. It is ridiculously fabulous. A new favourite of mine. The Bread is always a hit and popular with everyone. The bread is baked in my kitchen. The crusty dough, the garlicky flavour, the melting cheese the monsoon outside - Do I need to say more?

Vegetable Thai Green Curry.

Who doesn’t like a bowl of fresh, highly aromatic and warm curry especially when it is highly fragrant and beautifully flavoured like this Thai Green Curry. It is a perfect balance of fresh green chilli heat and sweet, the curry has no other competitor for comfort. A bowl of hot curry with an array of colourful vegetables on top of steaming hot rice is a absolute delicious meal to shoo your blues away.

Mathri is flaky, crispy and mildly flavoured snack that is particularly made in North India. Other states have different version of this delight but in our house this is most loved version. They are ideal preparations during festivities.It is very crucial to make a right dough. If the dough is perfect most of the work is done. Rest of the skill lies in frying them on medium flame patiently. In my home, we make very good Mathris. Being homemade the best ingredients are used. It is labour intensive work but if looking for traditional Indian snack that can be stored, this can be a good idea.
