For aspirant actors we conduct classes in smaller batches as well for focused and improved performance. Journey of Kalapremee Theatre Group began in 2005 in Kolkata. Our performance included plays in Hindi, English, Urdu, Bhojpuri and Bengali in various stages across the Country. Today we are the Winners of several National Theatre Festivals and it is our honor that now we are invited to perform
our plays at major cities of the Country. We focus to promote talented actors, writers, musicians, directors, dancers and choreographers to come together to promote our culture, to put up the best plays & performances to entertain the mass and simultaneously educate people of the choice & decision they make in life which affects many others and also how the social problems restrict certain sections and people from living an independent life and remove the dirty exploitation by people on the people. As an Institute our training charts a passage from an understanding of the self, keeping the creative resources of the student actors at the center and then expands to take account of characterization, character, textual, interpretation and an awareness of acting styles, so as to broaden the vision, imagination and skills of the actor. Classes include sessions that deal with improvisation, movement, physical suppleness, emotional faculties and expressiveness, vocal skills and psychological discovery. A study of Indian & Western methodology is included in our training. We believe that success comes from the singleness of purpose and we provide such platform to our students.
