We’re expanding the crew and are looking for AI Generalists who know how to bend generative tools to their creative will. If you’re passionate about AI-driven storytelling and visual innovation, let’s talk.
Qualifications 👇🏼
Strong visual storytelling, composition and cinematic sense, with the ability to translate briefs into compelling AI-generated visuals.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., image and video diffusion models, text-to-image, text-to-video and motion synthesis workflows)
Proficiency with digital art and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools).
Comfort with prompt engineering, style exploration, and rapid iteration to achieve specific aesthetic and brand directions.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts relevant to creative work (model limitations, biases, resolution constraints, upscaling and optimization)
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a high-output studio environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and cross-functional teamwork.
A portfolio or showreel demonstrating AI-assisted artwork, motion pieces, or experimental visuals (required).
Preferred: Experience in film, advertising, music videos, gaming or OTT content familiarity
