Had a highly successful, with one of the highest attended, Independence Day celebration at Whispering Palms. Meticulously organised by WATAL and duly attended by residents of whole complex.

Parade by kids Hoisting Tricolour, followed by parade by Security guards of the Complex, saluted the National Flag which was hoisted by a retd Squadron Leader, a 1971 war veteran. Flag hoisting is an honour that needs to be earned by working for the nation and society and not by merely occupying a post.

The residents danced and celebrated the Amrut Mahotsav like never before.

Dear fellow residents,

While annual mega Navratri event has been cancelled by *WATAL* as a safety measure, the emotions, sentiments and devotion towards Maa Ambe, the guardian mother of our complex, can never be done away with!!!

To continue with the ritual of doing common Aarti of Maa Ambe for three nights of Navratri every year, this year too Whispering Palms residents will do the common aarti, Together.

Without compromising on Covid norms and maintaining physical distancing, *WATAL* announces

*ONLINE AARTI OF MAA AMBE*

*Venue - Same place like every year, Bldg No. 4, WP*
*Dates - 22, 23 & 24 October*
*Time - 8:00 PM onwards*

*No physical attendance by any resident member will be allowed.*

Kindly attend the aarti on *Zoom* through the attached link ONLY

No Prasad or flowers will be offered or allowed to be offered.

Maximum 10 persons of permissible age range will be present at the Aarti venue.

Physical distance will be strictly maintained at the Aarti venue.

Felicitation *exclusively* for WATAL members.

Neutral judges from different fields to select the most deserving nominee for awards.

*Only WATAL member can submit their nomination* , in either of the mentioned categories.

Complete confidentiality will be maintained.

Judges' decision will be final.

All nominations *must be* attached with documentary evidence of achievement, either an article or photos or news item or any other testimonials in support of your achievement.

All nominations must be sent in a sealed envelope, to Sandy, 9867663532 (6B/1106, WP) before 10th June 2018.

In case of only one nomination in any of the categories, the sole nominee shall be given the award.
