Raell, who started acting at the age of 15, direction at 16 and her own production company at 19, believes that talent needs nurturing from a young age. With this philosophy in mind, she has founded ACE Talent Academy and Academy For Creative Expression, that work with young children in the field of theatre and dance. In the loving memory of her mother and reputed Film and Theatre personality, Pearl Padamsee, she has also started the CREATE Foundation which uses creativity as a means of education and helps children from underprivileged backgrounds connect with children from mainstream schools to share ideas and learn together. Not to leave the adults behind, she has also founded, The Edge Academy for Corporate Grooming, with a new age finishing school that focuses on getting you ready for the Global market.
