नमस्कार दोस्तों रुचि शर्मा जी कथक विदुषी। हमारी सबसे प्रिय, हमारी आदरणीय। उनका एक कार्यक्रम होने जा रहा है सुसंस्कार ऑन कथक। वह कार्यक्रम हर वर्ष करती हैं ६ दिसंबर को इस वर्ष होने जा रहा है सुबह ११ से लेकर दोपहर के ढाई बजे तक लता मंगेशकर ऑडिटोरियम, मीरा रोड में। मैं चाहूंगा कि आप सब आएं वहां पर पधारे और उनके इस भव्य कार्यक्रम का आनंद लें। मैं रुचि जी को ढेर सारी शुभकामनाएं देना चाहता हूं। आप इसी तरह यह कार्य करते रहे। बच्चों को सिखाते रहे और आप जो है हमारी इतनी प्यारी हैं कि ईश्वर आपको अच्छी सेहत दे और आपको हर कार्य में सफल करें। जय श्री राम।

आज के युग में, जहाँ जीवन की भाग-दौड़ लगातार बढ़ती जा रही है, बच्चे अधिकतर वेस्टर्न ट्रेंड्स की ओर आकर्षित होते जा रहे हैं। ऐसे समय में, जब हम उन बच्चों को देखते हैं जो अपनी संस्कृति और कला से जुड़े हैं, और जिनके माता-पिता भी उन्हें यह सीख दिलाने के लिए उत्सुक हैं—तो यह वाकई सराहनीय लगता है।

मुझे ऐसा लगता है कि हमारे जीवन में संस्कार बनाए रखना बेहद ज़रूरी है। आज हममें से कई लोग अपने माता-पिता और दादा-दादी से दूर रहते हैं, और इसी कारण हमारी संस्कृति कहीं न कहीं खोने लगी है।

ऐसे में यदि हम भारतीय शास्त्रीय कला—विशेषकर नृत्य और संगीत—को अपनाएँ, तो न सिर्फ़ अपनी जड़ों से जुड़ते हैं, बल्कि जीवन के अनेक मूल्य और सीख भी प्राप्त करते हैं।
